Allen Oelschlaeger

Allen Oelschlaeger

Allen ensures the company’s tech team understands that most business executives and professionals have little interest in becoming proficient with technology. They know their company must have an effective online presence, but they want their role in making this happen to be simple, fast and easy.

As a result of Allen’s evangelism, Business XLerator doesn’t make unrealistic assumptions about what its customers can do, want to do or have time to do relative to content marketing.

As much as the digital age is upon us, the REALITY is that business executives and professionals still have plenty to do beyond interacting with the Internet. Therefore, Allen’s focus is in driving Business XLerator’s offerings towards elegant simplicity.

Allen has an MBA from the Wharton School and spent over 20 years in executive roles in corporate America until he caught the entrepreneurial bug. Since then he’s been part of the leadership team of three venture-funded startups and founded two companies. Allen is a published author and has taught both marketing and entrepreneurial marketing at the university level.

Allen’s passion is in helping business executives and professionals leverage their expertise to grow their business via the creation, production and distribution of multimedia content — while still having time to keep up with all their other responsibilities.

Jeff Klugiewicz

Jeff Klugiewicz

Jeff leads Business XLerator’s video and audio media production. He has been an avid student of multimedia technology for the past 15 years and now specializes in film, photography, editing, animation, and more.

Jeff’s passion for multimedia production started during a ten year stint as a professional BMX rider. During this time, he created hundreds of action sports videos that have been recognized globally.

Jeff joined Business XLerator because he wanted to take his passion, experience and creativity in multimedia production and use them to help business clients tell their stories in the most compelling manner using video, audio, photography and design.

Jeff loves to work hard but also enjoys himself while doing so.

Austin Delmond

Austin Delmond

Austin is a problem solver at heart. His passion at Business XLerator is helping clients express and develop their passion online. His joy is creating something that does more, and does it better than expected. He has a sometimes-frustrating habit of turning any yes or no question into a longer discussion of why and how, getting to the core of the issue or request while working on the best answer.

Austin works with clients and designers with the technical side in mind, and with the technical team to make sure that things go according to plan, and adapting when things don’t. He sees all challenges and problems as opportunities to learn and try something new.

Evan Oelschlaeger

Evan Oelschlaeger

Evan helps clients to develop sales funnels and take advantage of marketing automation technologies. In 2013, he traveled to Chandler, AZ to train as a certified consultant for Infusionsoft, one of the leading small business marketing automation platforms.

Evan also works with clients to help them develop a social media strategy that fits their time and budgets, and is an expert in content distribution technologies, including Business XLerator’s proprietary Content XLerator system.

In addition to his role at the company, Evan enjoys golfing, skiing, and playing basketball in his leisure time. He is also an avid fan of soccer and can tell you all about his favorite club, Arsenal.

Tim Gallaugher

Tim Gallaugher

Tim is the senior software engineer responsible for maintaining and extending the capabilities of Content XLerator and addressing complex technical issues that occasionally arise in client projects.

Happy to be in the background, churning through an endless task list of improvements to be made, Tim brings over 15 years of development and IT experience to this role.

When it comes to programming, Tim’s passion is solving challenges in the technology realm that directly save time and/or stress in the real world. He has worked to provide solutions for businesses of all sizes ranging from fledgling startups to recognizable names such as AOL and Phillip Morris. He especially loves taking ideas from brainstorming sessions, and transforming these ideas into functional, usable, web based tools.

Outside of his technology adventures, Tim can most likely be found outside working with his dairy sheep, tromping through the woods, or competing in triathlons.

Jim Esten

Jim Esten

Jim Esten is the senior support technician for both the internal team and external clients handling hosting and security.

With almost two decades of consulting experience including over five years in the Hewlett Packard services group, Jim has spanned the technology field (and occasionally the planet!) doing everything from teaching undergraduate embedded programming to global program management with on shore, off shore and near shore teams for one of the world’s largest manufacturers.

James Lewitzke

James Lewitzke

James is the WordPress Theme Developer and Specialist for Business XLerator. He is fluent in (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, and jQuery and works closely with the team to produce the best WordPress Themes possible.

He has been interested in the internet and learning about web development for the past 10 years, and has been doing so professionally for the past 5.

James attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, graduating there in January of 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Information Resources.

Mark Lagman

Mark Lagman

Mark is Business XLerator’s online marketing specialist.

He is well versed in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid advertisement (PPC) and web analytics and has experience in a wide variety of industry niches. He develops online marketing strategies depending on the website’s needs and overall goal.

Mark has over ten years experience in online marketing and has successfully completed the Google Analytics certification exam.
